Encourage regular breaks every 20 minutes, prompting children to focus on distant objects to relax their eyes. Position screens at an arm’s length distance, adjusting brightness and contrast settings to reduce glare and eye fatigue. Additionally, emphasize the importance of frequent blinking to keep eyes moist and alleviate dryness.

Regular eye examinations are pivotal in early detection of vision issues and maintaining optimal eye health in children. Schedule comprehensive eye exams for your child annually, or more frequently if recommended by their eye care professional.
