Dr. Shveta completed her Bachelor of Dental Sciences at K.L.E.’s Institute of Dental Sciences, Belgaum, Karnataka, from 1992 to 1997.

Currently, Dr. Shveta serves as the Senior Dentist/Business Manager at Nominaa Dental in New Delhi, a position she has held since January 2012. In this role, she manages outsourced dental clinics within reputed hospitals and medical centers. Her responsibilities include establishing standard operating procedures for consulting patients, setting financial targets, allocating resources, formulating promotional campaigns, and coordinating the work of various departments. Previously, she was the Centre Head at Fortis Hospital in Noida from December 2010 to October 2011, where she managed the clinic and handled daily reports. From January 2008 to June 2010, she ran a complete dental unit as a Dental Surgeon at D.L. Dental Clinic in New Delhi.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Shveta worked as a Senior Associate at Wipro Spectra mind Ltd. in New Delhi, handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries for a U.K.-based process. She also worked as a Telemarketing Executive at E-commerce register.com in Toronto, Canada, and as a Dental Surgeon in private practice in New Delhi. Her medical training includes positions as a Junior Resident in the Department of Dental Surgery at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and in the Department of Burns, Plastics & Maxillofacial Surgery at Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi.

Dr. Shveta is recognized for her good verbal and written communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity, loyalty, professionalism, organization, efficiency, emotional intelligence, and teamwork. Her hobbies include interacting with people, traveling and exploring world cuisines, writing, and music.
