Dr. Padma Charan Patra is a Sr. Consultant in ENT (Head & Neck Surgery) at Park Hospital, Gurugram. He has extensive expertise in functional endoscopic sinus surgery, laryngeal procedures, and head & neck surgeries, with significant international experience across Kuwait, India, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Republic of Mali.
